Baju Baru dari Ayah

Assalamu'alaikum Dede ^_^ Ibu seneng banget. Kemarin waktu Ayah jemput Ibu, Ayah beliin Ibu baju. Ibu kirain itu baju kerja, ternyata baju daster ^_^ Ayah kasihnya sambil malu-malu gitu ^^ Waktu Ibu coba pakai bajunya, Ayah bilang Ibu cantik. Langsung deh Ibu cium Ayah ^_^ Dede ikut senang kan? Bajunya cantik De. Ayah pintar milihnya. Nenek juga bilang bajunya bagus.

Sabtu kemarin, Ibu dan Ayah ketemu Dede lagi waktu kontrol bulanan ke dokter. Dari hasil USG, di week 25, akhirnya kelihatan kalau Dede cowok. Wah...Ibu dan Ayah bisa mulai cari nama untuk Dede nih ^_~ Ibu sempat bingung waktu dokternya bilang jagoan neon. Ternyata yang dia maksud kalau Dede itu cowok. Alhamdulillah, Dede sehat-sehat aja, berat badannya cukup, 772 gram. Air ketuban Ibu juga sudah cukup. Sebelumnya kurang terus, jadi dokter minta Ibu minum lebih banyak, minimal 2 liter sehari. Sehat terus ya Dede ^__^

Setelah selesai periksa ke dokter, Ibu lapar banget. Jadi Ibu minta Ayah untuk makan di luar. Ibu tadinya pengen makan Mandhi Laham di Restoran Al Safeer, tapi akhirnya berubah jadi Mie Aceh ^_^ Ayah dan Ibu beli Mie Aceh Kuah. Enak banget loh De. Ibu sampai habisin kuahnya juga. Karena masih lapar, Ibu minta Ayah pesen Nasi Goreng Aceh karena penasaran gimana rasanya. Ternyata cuma ditambah daun seledri aja. Selebihnya sama dengan nasi goreng biasa. Ada kejadian lucu De. Waktu Ayah dan Ibu terima pesenan, makanannya dibungkus. Padahal kita minta makan di tempat. Pelayan balik lagi dan kasih pesenan. Loh, yang datang kok malah Mie Aceh lagi. Ternyata pelayan yang terima pesanan salah dengar. Ayah dan Ibu harus tunggu lagi Nasi Goreng Acehnya dimasak. Kayanya pelayannya lagi ngantuk De, belum bobo siang ^^;;

Temen Ibu yang lagi hamil cerita, kalau dedenya juga cowok. Dia bilang ngga jadi deh besanan sama Ibu. Hehehe....gimana mau besanan, dedenya sama-sama cowok ^^;; Temen Ibu juga udah USG 4D. Waah...Ibu jadi pengen juga nih. Pengen ngeliat Dede lebih jelas, abis kalau pakai 2D, Ibu kurang jelas lihatnya. Nanti Ibu tanya sama Kakek deh, bisa anterin Ibu atau ngga. Udah dulu ya De, nanti Ibu sambung lagi. Ngga sabaran pengen lihat Dede lagi bulan depan ^_^

Old Time Romantic Novels by Betty Neels

I was talking with my friend about her reading novel in Kindle. When she mentioned about lots of free novel in Kindle, I remembered my old hobby reading free ebook novel. Aside from ebook novel, I recommend her novels by Betty Neels. Why I love this author? Cause she wrote clean romance novel without s*x scenes, so it's safe to be read by youngster, and I love it. I guess it's almost impossible to find that kind of novel in this modern era ^^;;

Back to Betty Neels, if you read her work a lot, then you'll find the similarity of the main characters. It's almost always involves a nurse and a dutch doctor :D Not all of them actually, but a lot to be said just coincidence ^^;; At first, I wonder why she got hooked into those characters that much. But today, when I read Betty Neels' Biography, I found out why. Betty Neels' occupation is a nurse before she retired and started writing novels. And she is married to a Dutchman, although her husband is not a doctor ^^;;

So, if you like a quick simple romance novel with clean scenes, I recommend you to read Betty Neels' novel. The background is in old era, but I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Yayyy...I won the ticket to Indonesia-Korea Friendship Concert 2010!

As the title above, I'm one of the lucky people who won the ticket to Indonesia-Korea Friendship Concert 2010 :D Each winner got 2 tickets. This concert will be held on 12 Oct 2010 at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta. Actually, I was only testing my luck when I entered the lucky draw. Turn out that I win ^o^ Too bad my sisters and my friend weren't that lucky T_T

In this concert, the performers will be from Indonesia & Korea *duh..of course :P* Indonesia artist will be represented by Gita Gutawa, The Dance Company, and Traditional Dance from Padepokan Bagong Kusudiarjo. As for Korea, the artists are SHINEE, Son Ho Young, Ku Joon Yeop, Naomi, and Sinawe. Honestly, I only know Minho from SHINEE ^^;; The first time I saw him wasn't in a video clip music or something, but in a sport variety show Let's Go Dream Team on KBS World =^-^= He's a great athlete despite his small figure. That's why I'm rooting for him ^^

My sister whose majoring in Korean language in UI said that maybe she could get a hold the ticket for dinner with SHINEE. Wow...let's hope she could make it. Hwaiting!!!

Been browsing back and forth for craft blogs, and I found Craft Zone for Malaysian. Wow, it's like finding a treasure. Lots and lots of inspiration come after looking those beautifully handmade item. It made me want to start crochet again :D Ok, I promised myself, once my amigurumi eyes package came from US, I'll start making amigurumi again. I better keep my own word here. Now, it's time to find the pattern. Hmm....I'm thinking to make an owl, or an elephant, or a sheep, or a lion. Omg...please make up your mind :P *don't blame me cause I'm a Libra :D*
For sure, first I'll finish my bear. It's already headless and eyeless for about 2 years if I can recall ^^;; Here's what it looks like :D

Karakururin: Magical Takoyaki Maker

Continued from my last post, while searching for takoyaki pan, I found this interesting takoyaki maker, it's called Karakururin, the magical takoyaki maker! Hehehe...it's not really magical, that's only came out from my amazement for that machine XD It is said in this article that the kids go crazy for Karakururin. I bet it's not only kids, I myself will be very excited if I can get a hold of this machine XD

There are 12 short clips about how this takoyaki machine works *each clip is 20 seconds long*I found out that this machine will cost you ￥1 million @_@ but we can rent it for ￥50,000. I got addicted with the Karakururin songs. The kids who sing it has adorable voice *yayyy* Let's sing Karakururin along with me XD

Takoyaki Craze once again

I'm infected by this virus once again, to be exact, Takoyaki Craze virus ^^;; For a few past days, I've been searching high and low for Takoyaki maker. I had one already, but it's only the Takoyaki pan. I want one that comes along with the portable gas stove like this one (see left image).

I even bothered my friend in Japan who'll come to Jakarta next month. I beg her to buy me one ^^;; But after yesterday's Takoyaki party at my house, I changed my mind. It turned out that my current pan is already functioning enough to serve me ^_^ I forgot that I had a portable gas stove, so I can always use it *stupid me* Here's the look of my current Takoyaki pan ^^

Download Murotal Al-Qur'an

Been browsing a bit looking for Murotal Al-Qur'an, I found many sites which provides lots of murotal from various well known Qori'. Hop over to Qur'anic Audio and Islam Way. My favorite Qori' so far is Syeikh Mishary Rashid. I love the tone of his voice :) And it's easy to follow when you're reciting the Qur'an together with him. Note from me, he can hold his breath for a very long time. So if you have a short breath, it's quite difficult to catch his recitation ;) From what I ready on the internet, he was a nasyid singer before. Maybe that explains why he have such a long breath :) Here's the link to Murotal Al-Qur'an by Mishari Rashid that you can download.

If you prefer young Qori', you can choose to listen to Ahmad Saud. This boy has a nice kid's voice :) I think I match his voice better than Mishari Rashid since he's still a kid and his voice hasn't changed to an adult voice ^^ Here's the link to Murotal Al-Qur'an by Ahmad Saud. Oh, I also found another murotal by young Qori' at this and this. I haven't listened to them yet, but I plan to :)

Oh how I envy these Qori' ;_; I wish I learn how to read Qur'an properly when I was young. Too bad I prefer playing kites, nintendo, etc with my childhood friends T_T But not too worry, better late than never. Actually, currently I'm looking for a female teacher who can teach me proper way of reciting Al-Qur'an. I need to correct my tajwid and makhroj. I did learn it about two years ago, but I didn't finish it cause my sister couldn't accompany me anymore and the teacher's place is way too far to reach *yeah...an excuse ^^;;* That's why I stopped learning ^^;; if you happen to know great teacher *I prefer female* and she/he live in Jakarta Timur area, I'd be grateful if you can inform me :)

Update my Korean Drama Diary blog. Looks like I've put too much Oh Man Seok photos there ^^;;
I added my review for drama The Golden Apple and Iris. Head over there to read them ^^
Enroll in Korean language course at Live Mocha, a free online language course. Now I'm on lesson 2. Before enroll at Live Mocha, I suggest you to learn how to read the Hanggeul first to be able to follow the lesson.
Download The Vineyard Man episode 2 from Aja-Aja.com. I know, I'm still obsessed with Oh Man Seok, can't help it ^^;; Each episode is 700MB in size. With my slow internet connection, I spent 19 hours downloading episode 1. But looks like I'll finish it faster for the episode 2. From the estimated time, I'll spend 8.5 hours to finish downloading it *what a great improvement*
Watch re-run episodes of The Golden Apple at KBS World *episode 5-8*

It's 9.37 pm now. I guess it's time to sleep now *Zzzzzz....Zzzzzz*

Mr. Satan Look-A-Like

For you who read manga (japanese comic) Dragon Ball, I'm sure you all know the famous Mr. Satan. The silly guy who act all great and might despite the fact that his strength is nothing compared to the Super Saiyan. He can be recognized by his weird afro hair, which I think really suits his character ^^;;

Today I found this pic of Mr. Satan look-a-like. It's hilarious ^^;; Just look at them, both are so perfectly alike ^o^ I wonder whether the real man knows about him being the twin of Mr. Satan ^^;; What would his reaction ^^;; ?

Crocheting: My Neglected Hobby

I've been neglecting my old hobby, which is crocheting. I thought when I bought lots of cute yarns at a knitting festival, I might be able to pick it up again. Sadly, after couple of months past, the yarns are still comfortably snuggled in my drawer ^^;; I must find a new crochet project that's extremely cute that I couldn't resist. Since I'm really into Amigurumi, maybe some of these books could help me return to the crochet world ^__^

KDrama Diary: My Review about Korean Drama

Lately I've been active posting on my KDrama Diary blog. This blog was set up to appreciate great Korean dramas that I've watched. After graduating from university, gradually I lost my passion to watch Asian drama, whether it's Korean or Japanese. I didn't include Chinese drama. Why? It's simply because I can't stand hearing the high pitch sound of the female casts ^^;;

And why did I start to re-watch Korean drama again? It's because of Kim Ji Hoon ^^ He's the one that made me into Korean drama again. While playign with the button of remote control, I stopped at a channel that were airing a Korean drama. Attracted by his appearance, I started to watch it. He played so well and perfect for his role as a lawyer in Love Marriage (Matchmaker's Lover). I got hooked up, and the rest is history. Now my favorite channel is KBS World, my ultimate source to satisty my hunger in watching Korean drama ^^ If you're also into Korean drama, come over at my blog to read some review of korean drama.

New Beginning!

Well, after many attempts to import my old blog to this new one, i failed successfully! It seems like I can't import a wordpress blog to a blogger blog >_< Eventhough some articles on the internet said that it could be done, it just didn't work T_T I've read somewhere that the maximum size of the xml file is 1 MB, and mine is 14 MB. Maybe that's one of the reason it couldn't be imported T_T I guess I just have to start a new beginning here in this blog *cheer up*
